Financial Assistance
Sunlight Healthcare Academy offers in‑house payment plans to assist with tuition, fees,
and books. All costs must be paid in full by program completion to receive credentials.
The Academy does not participate in Federal Student Aid programs and assumes no
responsibility for third‑party loan arrangements.
Payment Options
A $150.00 non‑refundable registration fee is due at Enrollment Agreement signing.
An individualized payment plan must be finalized prior to the first class.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations may be made in person, electronically, or by certified mail.
- Full refund within three (3) business days of signing.
- After 3 business days before first class: refund minus registration fee.
- Diploma programs: Pro‑rata refund through 40% completion.
- Degree programs: 100% refund during drop/add week only.
- Refunds based on last date of attendance.
- Refunds issued within thirty (30) days.
- Enrollment may be terminated for academic or financial non‑compliance.
Course & Program Cancellation
If a course or program is cancelled by the institute, students may register for another
course or receive a full refund of associated tuition and fees.
